March 16, 1753 - March Court 1755

In the Name of god Aman This Sixteen Day of march one Thousand Seaven hundred and fifty Three I Thomas PARKER Beaing very Sick of Body But of a perfect mind and memory Thanks Be to almighty god Therefore Calling to mind the mortelety of my Body and knowing that itt is once a pointed for all men to Die Do make and ordain This to Be my Last will and Testament that is to Say principally and first of all I Recommend my Soul Into the hands of almighty God that Gave itt and for my Body I Recomend itt to the Earth to Be Buried In a Christian like and Desenn manner att the Discretion of my Exect hear after Named Nothing Dought [cut off] receve the Same again By the mighty power of God that Gave itt me and as Touching of my worldy Estate where with I Give Devise and Dispose of the Same in the following form---

Imprimis I Give and Bequeath to my Dearly Beloved Rebacah PARKER my wife all my Lands and moveaball Estate Both Raele and Parsonaball to her and her own Disposoball with In Dowers and with out hareon I Like wise with My Beloved friends Azricam PARKER and Michel ONEEL Whome I Constute make and ordain my hole and Sole Execrs of This my Last will and Testameny and I Do hear by utterly Disallow Revoke all and Eavery other former Testamt wills and Legeses before Willed and Bequeath Confirming This and Now other to Be My Last will and Testament.  In Wittness Where of I have hear Unto Sett my hand and fixed my Seal.

     These may Certifie that Thomas TAYLOR William BRABELL and John LURRY Appeared in open Court and made oath that they Were present and Saw Thomas PARKER Sign Seal publish and Declare the Within to be and Contain his Last Will and Testament and that the Said Thomas PARKER was then and at that time of Sound and Disposing Memmory.  Then also appeared Azaricam PARKER as Executor and took the Executors oath in Due form of Law.  Ordered that the Honble James MURRY Esqr Secretary of Said Province Have Notice thereof that Letters Testamentory issue thereon as the Law Directs.
