The State of North Carolina, Currituck County, No all men by the presents that I Sary PADRICK of the County of forsaid, in the name of the Lord, and in these presents under the consideration of the shortness of time, do hear make my Last Will and Testament. In the first place I give and bequeath to my beloved Son John McCOY my best chest, I give and bequeath to my beloved Daughter Polly SNOW one linen wheel at my death and all my pewter, and all my wearing apparel, and I give and bequeath to my Grand Daughter Sarey GARET and Caleb GARRET five shillings current money of the State, and I give to the orphans of Will SNOW by name is William and Lydia SNOW and after paying all my just debts and demands. I give and bequeath to my beloved Grand Son Daniel PADRICK all of the remainder part of my property, and I leave my beloved Son John McCOY holey and soley executor. August the 16th day 1812.
