Currituck County Wills
In the name of god Amen I Michall ONEAL being very sick & weak in body but In perfect sence and memory blessed be god for it but I don't know how soon it may pleas god to take me away so this my last will and testament and first I give my sole to god that gave itt me in hope that for Christ Jesus sake my Redeemer itt may be Received unti his mercy and my body to the Earth from whench it came to be Decently buryed and all my worldly goods I give as followeth.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my son Michall ONEAL & his heirs my plantation and land at Coinjak and further I give unto my son Michall ONEAL a young maer and tow sows[?] and all my working tools and a chest and a puter desh and a bed and furniture and one cow and cafe.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Thomazin ONEAL one [smeared] and two pounds ten shillings in sillver and a chest and a cow and cafe and a puter desh and further I give unto my Daughter Thomazin and her heirs my house that I now live in with fifty acours of land joining to it.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah ONEAL & her heirs all ye Remainder of my land belonging to this tract that I now live on and two pound ten shillings in silver and a small tabel and a cow & cafe and a chest and a puter desh.
Item. I give all the rest of my Estate to my wife Thomazin ONEAL after my just debts being paid and I doe make my wife Thomazin ONEAL my whole executrix to see this my last will performed as witness my hand and seale this ye 3 Day of March 1722/3.
