In the name of God amen I Michell ONEAL of the prect: of Corotuck in the County of Albermall and in North Carolina Being Sick and Weake of Body butt of Perfect mind and memory blessed be God for it and Cauling to mind that it is appoynted for all men once to Die Doe therefore make This my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following
That is to say: I Recomend my Soul to ye hands of allmighty god that gave itt Hopeing to Recive forgiveness for all my sins that I have Comittd: in this world Secenly my Body to be Buried in Such Christian manner as My Executrix and Executor here After mentioned my will is that all my just Debts be Honestly paid and satisfied

Item I Give and Bequthe my Dwelling plantation Where on I now Live to my son Charles ONEAL after the Death of His said mother.

Item I Give and bequthe unto my Daughter Mary ONEAL my plantation Between Doctor NICKOLSONs and Luke WHITEs containing Two hundred and ninety Acres to her and her heirs forever.

Item I Give and Bequthe unto my Daughter Elizabeth ONEALone small Tract of Land Containing Eighty one acres after the Death of her said mother to Her and to her Heirs for Ever.

Item I Give and Bequthe unto my son Charles ONEAL Ten head of Cattell after his said mothers Death.

Item I Give and Bequthe unto my Daughter Mary ONEALL Eight head of Catell After her said mothers death.

Item I Give and Bequthe unto my Daughter Elizabeth ONELL Three cows and Calves after the death of Her said Mother.

Item I give to my daughter Sarah WALKER six pounds Currt: money of North Carolina after the Death of Her said mother.

Item I give and Bequthe unto my Daughter Deborah PELL twenty shillings currant money of North Carolina after Her said mothers death

Item I give and Bequthe unto my son Michell ONEAL one small Trumpett muzell gunn After ye Death of His said mother.

Item I give and Bequthe unto my Daughter Rebeca PARKER Twenty Shillings curant money of North Carolina After the death of Her said mother.

Item I Give and Bequthe unto my Daughter Elizabeth ONEAL the Best feather bed and furniture in the house after the Death of her said mother.

Item I give and Bequthe unto my Daughter Mary ONEALL one feather Bed and furniture after Her said mothers death.

Item I give and Bequthe unto my son Charles ONEALL one feather bed and furniture after His said Mothers death.

Item I gvie and bequthe unto my Daughter Elizabeth ONEAL one Iron pott comonly called the new pott after her said mothers death.

Item I give and Bequthe unto my [bottom of page torn] daughter Mary[?] ONEAL ...[torn]... [comm]only Called ye pint[?] After her said mothers Death.

Item I give and Bequthe unto my son Charles ONEALL all the rest of my Iron potts and Brass Kitell and Brass Skillets and all things of that kind after his said mothers death.

Item I give and bequthe Unto my son Charles ONEAL my horse commonly Called Spark After his said mothers death.

Item I give and Bequthe unto my Daughter Mary ONEALL my mayr comonly called Rone onely the first colt to my Daughter Elizabeth ONEALL Whether [smeared] horse or mayr After There sd. mothers Death.

Item I give and Bequthe unto my Daughter Mary ONEALL one Large pewter Bayson and one small Dish after the Death of her said mother.

Item I give and Bequthe unto my Daughter Elizabeth ONEALL one Large pewter Dish one small ditto After the Death of her said mother.

Item I give and Bequthe unto my Daughter Sarah WALKER Two small Dishes and Two pewter plates and one pint pott After the death of her said mother.

Item I give and Bequthe unto my Daughter Mary ONEALL Two Ews and one weather after her sd. mothers death.

Item I Give and Bequthe unto my daughter Elizabeth ONEALL Two Ewes and one weather After her said mothers Death.

Item I give and Bequthe unto my son Charles ONEALL The Remaining of my sheep After ye Death of his said Mother.

Item I Give and Bequthe unto my son Charles ONEALL my Canow that lies now in the Great Swamp Back of John WALKERs.

Item I give and Bequthe unto my Daughter Sarah WALKER my old Horse commonly Called By the name of Hazard after her said mothers death.

Item I give and Bequthe unto my son Michael ONEAL all my wearing apparrel.

All the Rest of my Wordly Estate, both pasonell and Reall I Give unto my son Charles ONEALL after his mothers Decease.

And for ye satisfying of minds of all my Children my will and desire is that this should be taken for my Last will & Testament and I do hereby Revoke & Disanull all other Wills by me formerly made appointing my Loving wife Deborah ONEAL sole Executrix of this my Last will & Testament But if my Wife should Dye before this will is proved in Court then and in such a case I do appoint my son Charles ONEAL & my Loving friend Humphry VINCE Executors of this my Last Will & Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seale this day & year first above written.
