In the name of God. Amen. I Sullivan NEWALL of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina, being now sick and weak of body, but perfect in mind and memory, thanks be given to Almighty God for it, and calling unto mind the mortality of man, and knowing its appointed unto all men once to die do take this method of disposing of my worldy goods in manner and form as follows, to wit. First I recommend my soul to the Lord who gave it, and my body to be buried in a christian like manner at the discretion of my executors, and my worldy goods as follows.

Item: First of all I leave to be sold by Executors enough to settle all my lawful debts.

Item: I give and bequeath unto William MOSES and Sally MOSES all my property in doors and out. I also constitute and nominate and appoint William MOSES my whole, sole executor to this my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have sine unto set my hand and caused my seal to be a fixed this sixth day of November 1817.
