In the name of God Amen, I Will MILLER of the County of Currituck and State of No. Carolina, being weak of body but of sound disposing mind and memory blessed be the Almighty God for it calling to mind the noncertainty of this life, and it being ordained once for all people to die, I do make and ordain this instrument of writing to contain my Last Will and Testament disannulling and revoaking all other wills and testaments tofore made by me, either by word or writing, and this only to be taken as my Last Will and Testament, first that is to say I recommend my soul to Almighty God that gave it, and my body to be decently in a Christian like manner buried in a place where it shall please my executors, hereafter named and as to what worldly estate it hath been pleased God, to bestow me far above my desarts, I give and dispose in manner and form as followeth,

First my will and desire is that all my just debts and funeral charges should be first paid in convenient time after my decease, my will and desire is that my loveing Wife Pricilla should have the use of all my houses where I now live, and plantation and lands during her widowhood, and after her decease, the aforesaid lands and houses to be equally divided amongst my children Viz. Will, Elizabeth, Enoch, Charlotte, Phillip and Fanny, to them and their heirs.

Item: I give unto my beloved Wife Pricilla one cow by the name of Pink and calf

Item: I give unto my Son Will one cow named Beauty

Item: I give unto my Daughter Eliz. One cow by the name of Brindy

I give unto my Son Enoch one red heifer yearling

I give unto my Daughter Charlotte one cow by the name of Cherry

I give unto my Son Phillip one calf with a white foot.

I give unto my Daughter Fanny one cow by the name of Gentle, one bull to be killed my hoggs I leave for the use of my Wife and small children, my will and desire is that my loveing Wife Pricilla should have the use of all my household furniture in doors and out doors during her life and widowhood and after her decease to be equally divided amongst my six children above named to them and their heirs, also I constitute and appoint my loveing Wife Pricilla and my Son William my whole and sole executors to this my Last Will and Testament to settle all my business according to this my Last Will and Testament and the law shall require as witness my hand and seal this 13th day of April in the year of our Lord Anno. Dom 1805.
