The Last Will and Testament of Lovey LINTON decd exhibited and proven in open court at August Term 1839 by the oath of James BELL subscribing evidence there to in due form and ordered recorded.

   In the name of all mighty God Amen. I Lovey LINTON of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina do make this my Last Will and Testament revoking all others viz.

   I give and bequeath one bed and furniture to my Grand Son Richard B. FISK and the rest of my estate personal and real to all my Grand children those that may be yet born as well as those now born share and share alike to have and to hold to them and their heirs for ever.

Witness my hand and seal this the third day of Nover. eighteen Hundred & thirty four.
