The Non Cupative will of Daniel LINDSEY JR. was exhibited in open court and ordered recorded.   Feb. Term 1839.

   The non Cupative will of Daniel LINDSEY Dec'd. Taken at the house of said deceased on the 4th day of March 1837.

   First I lend Wife Dorcas LINDSEY one negro boy first choice and Two negro Girls first choice and also the first choice of my Horses and one Cow first choice during her natural life.

   And after the death of my beloved wife I give and bequeath the whole of my Estate real and personal to be equally divided between my Sister Kisiah OLDS and my brother Thoms. LINDSEY and their heirs forever.

The above was sworn and subscribed to before us on the 4th day of March 1837.
