This day Margaret PERKINS and Fawnie LEE come before me Andrew BATES, one of the Justices of the Peace for the State and County aforesaid and being duly sworn Margaret PERKINS aforesaid deposeth and saith that Sarah LEE widdow of John LEE deceased did on Sunday morning a short time before her death call on the said Margaret PERKINS and in the presence and within the hearing of the other deponant Fawnie LEE desire and bequest that her brother Henery WEST should have the care of and bringing up her child and Fawnie LEE the other deponant further saith that the said Sarah LEE did give and bequeath unto her Brother Henery WEST all her property to bring up the child and further the deponant saith not sworn to this 23rd day of March 1800.
