The Last Will and Testament of Mabel LEE deceased was exhibited in open court at November Term 1848 and the execution of the same proved by the oath of John L. COX one of the witnesses thereto in due form ordered recorded.

   I Mabel LEE of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina do make this my last will and Testament in manner and form as follows to wit:

   Item 1  I give and bequeath unto Richard FLORY, Dennis FLORY and Wilson Haywood FLORY one note on their Father Isaac FLORY the amount of which is fifty dollars to be equally divided betwen them to them and their heirs for ever.

   Item 2  I give and bequeath unto Richard FLORY JUR. Seventeen dollars in cash to him and his heirs forever.

   Item 3  I give and bequeath unto my daughter Susan TATEM and her two daughters Elizabeth DOXEY and Polly HARRIS the balence of my estate not already bequeathed to be equally divided betwen them and their heirs for ever.

   And lastly I appoint my Son Isaac FLORY my whole and sole Executor to this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all other former will or wills heretofore made by me as witness my hand and seal this 25th June 1847.  Signed sealed published and declared this to be my last will and Testament.
