In the name of God. Amen.

I Elizabeth LEE of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina, being weak in body, but of sound mind and memory, do make declare and publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner following. Viz. It is my will and desire that all my just debts be fully paid and satisfied, and I desire that my moveable estate be sold for six months credit, and proceeds to be applied to the payment of my debts, and if any thing remains therefrom I give it to my Son Jesse LEE. My will and desire is that my land and plantation be equally divided between my two Sons John and Jesse by a line to begin in the branch next to Mrs. SIMMONS and runing an easterly course through the land so as to be an equal number of acres on the north and south. My will and desire is that my Son John have the one half on the south and next the marsh and pocason, and that my Son Jesse have the other half on the north. I nominate and appoint Doctor David JONES my whole and sole executor of this my Last Will and Testament, revoking and disannulling all former wills by me made.
