In the name of God Amen, & knowing that it is appoined for all men once to dy, do make and ordain this my Last Wil and testament in manner and form as follows and first of all I give to my beloved Wife Salley LEE all the lans I pursess to hur and hur heirs forever. I allso give to my well beloved Wife as above minshand all the rest of my propurty within dors & with out to hur and hur heirs forever. Whereunto I set my hand & seal this 10^th day of January 1822 in the presence of us . I allso appoynt my wel beloved Wife Salley LEE & Jermiah SAWYER my hole and sole executor.
