The Last Will and Testament of Asa LEE

I Asa LEE having my health in part but in sound sceines and reason I resign my soul to God that gave and my body to be decently buried in a christian manner

I give and bequeath all the land on which I now live to the two children the Sons of the Daughter of my Wife Franky WRIGHT, James and Thomas also I give and bequeath three negroes Tom, Eeed and Nancy to the said James and Thomas the said land and negroes above mentioned to remain in the possession of my Wife Mary LEE and her Daughter Franky WRIGHT during their natural life and widdowhood but if they or either of them should marry this priviledge shall cease and be no more

I give and bequeath unto my Grandson Stephen the Son of my daughter Sally LEE the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars to be paid in gold or silver or the value thereof in the currency of this State.

I give and bequeath unto my Son Frederick LEE thirty six and one half dollars to be distributed to him at the discretion of the executors all the remainding part of my real and personal estate I give and bequeath unto my Wife Mary and her Daughter Franky for her and their use and after their decease to the above mentioned James and Thomas.

This my Last Will and Testament February the twenty fourth in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety nine

I also appoint my Wife Mary LEE and her Daughter Franky WRIGHT to execute this my Last Will and Testament.
