February the 13 day in year of 1782, I Richard LAND being very sick and knowing that it is appinted for all men once to dye and I do make and orden this my Last Will and Testament that is to say first, of all I give and recommend my soul in to the hands of God that give it and for my body I recommend it to earth to be buried in a christain and desent manner at ye discression of my executors nothing doubting but at the same resurrection shall receive the same again by the mity powers of God and as touching such mortaly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life I give and dispose of same in manner and form...

...Martins pinte joining Tulley SAWYERs line during ye time or they lives on it or possess it clear of intatements, then to my Sons Manuel and Drew and likewise I give Seth one cow and one heifer---

I give my Son Manuel LAND my plantation whereon I live and the third part of my land on Martains Pinte to him and his heirs during the time he or they lives on it or pursesis it clear of intanglements then to my other two Sons Drew and Seth and likewise I give Manuel one cow and one heifer.---

I give to my Son Drew LAND and his heirs the third part of my land on Maitains pint laying at the Eand of ye pinte during the time he or they lives on it or purseses it clear of intanglements then to my other two Sons Manuel and Seth in the same manner. Likewise I give Drew one cow one heifer.

I give my Daughter Amey LAND one cow one heifer.

I give my Daughter Annis LAND one cow and 1 heifer

I give my Daughter Cisah LAND one cow and 1 heifer

and all the rest of my estate I give to my Wife Mary LAND during her life and then to be equally divided among my children and I likewise make Tulle SAWYER and Mary LAND my holy and solly executors my Last Will and Testament of all and singular the land and moveables of my estate as witness my and sealy day and year above written signed sealed and delivered by me.

Advision to my Will
    Item: I give my two Daughters Amay LAND and Mary LAND one half of all my lands joining the see side during the time they pusses it clear of intanglements then to my three Sons Manuel LAND, Drew LAND, Seth LAND --- and I give the other half of my land joining the see side to my three Sons Manuel, Drew, and Seth LAND during the time they purses it clear of intanglements then my two Daughters Amey LAND, Mary LAND.
