Know all men by these present that I Henry KINEY of the County of Currituck County do make this my Last Will and Testament and revoak all other wills. Low in health but sound blessed be God sound in my senses.

Item: the first desire my just debts to be paid and after the remainder of my property to my beloved Wife Elizabeth KINEY dureing her widowhood and at her death or intermarriage to be equally divided amongst my children then living.

Item: I give unto my Wife Elizabeth one certain piece of land lying in the State of Virginia and in Princess Ann County fore ??? at her own disposal.

In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this 22d day of October 1807. I appoint and leave William BRUMSEY my whole and sole executor to this Will.
