This day personaly appeared before me, Andrew BATES, one of the justices for the County aforesaid, Mary WHITEHURST of said County who being sworn on the holy evangalest deposeth and sayeth that Susanna KENNION is dead and that a short time before her death she the said deponant heard the said Susanna say she gave all the property she was possessed width to her Niece Susanna BERRY for she said the Susanna BERRY richly deserved it for the services she had rendered her during said Susanna KENNIONs afflections and further this deponant saith not . Sworn to before me this 22 day of November 1804
