October 16^th 1804 This day came before me Edward BUNNILL one of the Justices of said County Sarah SPANN of said County and made oath on the holy evangelicle of mighty God that she was cald for a witness and Elizabeth KENNION gave Isaac BROWN all her property that she was possed with it being her Last Will so saith the desponant.

Proved in open court by the oath of Sarah SPANN this 28^th day of November 1804 ordered to be recorded.
