Juanery the o1 1764. This is the Last Will and Testament of John KELLY late of Rownock in the province of North Carolina in the County of Carotuck tho weak in boday yet of sound judgement do give unto my dear and well beloved Daughter Ann KELLEY two cows and two yearlins ????

I do give unto my well and beloved Daughter Elizabeth three cows and three yearlen calves all the sheep for the use of the children until they come of age.

 Allso I give unto my Daughter Ann KELLEY one whit mayar about five years old. 

Lastly I will and bequeth unto John PANE and my Daughter Marthee KELAY three cows and three yearlins such as (unreadable) do allso give for the youse of the children one bull and one stear.

I allso give for the youse of the Family eleven y??????, hogs with twelve shoats and three sows allso I give unto John PANE one goon and one pistel and chest and one trunk and eleven gords and Quarter of Cheek? linen and twelve shilings and four pence procl. which is in the house all the goods about the house to be equaley divided among the family except the cloath and yarn that is in the house. I do give unto John PANE the Mentul? Caneys? and ???? provided he buys the children a pice of land with it. I do lev John PANE my lawfull executor of all my afers.

At a Superior Court of Justice held for the ???? of Edenton at the Court House in Edenton on the 21st day of May 1764.  This Will was proved by the oath of Stephen WESKETT one of the subscribing witnesses. Ordered that it be recorded and that the Secretary have notices?
