William Jennings
July 11, 1713 - Oct. Court 1729

In The Name of God Amen.

I Williams JENNINGS being weak & Infirme of body but of perfect mind & memory blessed be god for it & being hourly in Expectation of my Last & Great Change Do ordain and appoint this to be my Last will & Test (hereby revoaking & disanulling all other wills by me formerly made) in Mannr & form following Viz ---

Imps - I give & Commend My Soul to God yt gave itt hopeing through ye merrit & mediation of my Savor to find plenteous redemption, my body I Leave to ye Earth to be decently buried att ye discretion of my Executrix hereaftr mentioned; Touching my worldly goods or Estate wherewith Heaven has endowd me & after all Just Debts paid I give & bequeath unto my wife Mary JENNINGS whom I appoint my Executrix of this my Last will & Testamt --all & every part of or parcell of my Estate Either of Lands Chattells goods moveables Debts or any thing in awise to me appurtaining or belonging, as Witness my hand & Seall this Eleven Day of July Anno 1713.

(Currotk) Octbr Court 1729
    upon Petition of John NORTON praying Liberty to prove the wth in will of William JENNINGS Deceased wherein His wife Mary J Mary was Made His Whole & Sole Exerx: But the Said Mary Dying Before ye Proof of ye Sd will he prayes Letters of admers [administration] wth ye will Enaxed In Right of his wife Daughter of ye Sd Mary and he the ye Sd John NORTON proveing the said will it is ordered that ye Sd John NORTON In right of his wife Have admers [administration] wth ye Sd will Enaxed &c.
