In the name of God Amen I Grace JERVISE of County and State of North Carolina being sick in body but of sound perfect memory blessed be God do this 15th day of February one thousand eight hundred and six make publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner following.

I leave to my loving Mother Grace WHITEHURST and Godfrey WHITEHURST my land their lives in it as long as they both live, and after their death to my Cousin or Nephew Salley FANCHER and if she dies with out an heir to my Brother in Law Moses FANCHER to them forever to them forever one bed and wheel to my Cousin Salley FANCHER to her forever this my Last Will and Testament whereof I have hereunto set my hand and this day and date aforesaid I do leave my affairs into Moses FANCHER to be executor to my estate I do set my hand and seal
