The Last Will and testament of Thomas IVES dec'd. Exhibited at August Term 1834 and proven by the oaths of Dempsey BALLANCE and Sally BALLANCE witnesses thereto and ordered to be Recorded.

In the name of God amen I Thomas IVES being veary sick but sound of mind and memory thanks bee to God calling to mind the mortality of my boddy knowing that all men must die I recommend my sold to almighty god and my boddy to be buried at the discretion of my Executors as to my Worley goods I dispose of it in the Following manner.

Etom I give unto my Gran Son Franklin PERSON? one feather bad and furnature one cow one pair of fire dogs one pot trammel.

Etom I lend unto my Wife Bridget IVES all my property with in doors and with out during her life at her death I give unto my daughter Fanny IVES & hir hers for ever.

Lastly I hearby constitute ordain and appoint my Daughter Fanny IVES my hole and sole Executor to this my last will & testament Feby. 8th 1834
