The Last will and Testament of Annis HUTCHENS dec'd. was Exhibited in open Court at Feby Term 1832 and proven by the oaths of William HUTCHINS and Tully BANKS subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered  Recorded.  The Executor Qualifyed.

In the name of God amen. I Annis HUTCHINS do this Twenty eight day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & thirty one do make and declar this instrument of writing to be my last will & testament in manner as follows.

   Item 1st I give and bequeath to my Brother William HUTCHINS's son Jesse HUTCHINS all of my land that I oan and possess namely the plantation whereon I now live supposed to be fortyseven acres Bounded as follows viz. on the south by Samuel FEREBEE and on the east by James M. FEREBEE & William HUTCHINS & on the north by the mane road and on the west by Abner DOZIER also a piece of swamp bounded as follows viz on the east by the head swamp road on the north by Abner DOZIER on the west by Edmund SAWYER and on the south by the lands formaly Peter GREGORYs supposed to be fifteen acres more or less also one negro Boy named Frederick about twelve or thirteen years old or there abouts allso all of motes? note and all of my stock and all of my house hold furnature in fact all of my estate wholely & soley after paying my just debts to him and his the said Jesse HUTCHINS I make my sole heir to all I possess in this world to him and his heirs for ever. I nominate and appoint my friend Samuel FEREBEE JR. Exor to this my Last will and testament in witness whereof I the said Annis HUTCHINS the testator have hereunto set my hand & seal the day and date above written.
