In the name of God Amen, I Charles HUNT of the State of N. Carolina and County of Currituck, being now in my right mind and memory, Thanks to God, but knowing it is appointed for all men once to die, I therefore make and establish this instrument of writing to be my Last Will and Testament in manner and form as follows and first I recommend my soul into the hands of God that gave it me and my body to the hands of my executors to be burried in a christian like manner and then I recommend my just debts to be paid out of my estate.

Item I then lend to my beloved Wife Lucey HUNT the whole of my estate during her natural life or widowhood and at my Wifes death or marriage my will and desire is that the whole of my estate should be sold at publick sale and the money apployed to the use of my three small Lena and Susanna and Deby.

I also constitute and appoint my beloved Wife Lucey HUNT to be my whole and sole executrix to this my Last Will and Testament revoaking all others in testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 11th day of January 1804.
