September 21st 1821

In the name of God Amen.

I Edward HOLLOWAY of the county aforesaid being weak in body but of sound memory blessed be God do this day make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say

First. I give to Jesse HOLLIB(?) after the death of my Father and Mother a certain part or parcel of land situated on the narrows shore in the county aforesaid beginning and bounded as follows that is to say beginning at William EVERRITONs corner at the sound side thence westwardly with said line to my west line thence southerdly with said line to the to my southwest corner thence eastwardly my said line to Thomas GRIGSEs heirs land thence eastwardly with said line to the sound side thence along the sound side northwardly to the first station to him and his heirs forever.

Item: I leave all the residue of my land lying north and west of the before mentioned tract to be sold and the money arising to be equally divided between my lawful representatives.

Item. I leave all my stock consisting of cattle hors and hogs to be sold as soon as the circumstance of the case will admit and the money arising to be equally divided between my two Sisters and Jesse that is to say Polly HOLLOWAY and Rebeckkah HOLLOWAY and Jesse HOLLOWAY my Sisters Son.

Item. I leave all my farming utentials and shop tools of every discription to be sold and the money arising to be equally divided between Polly HOLLOWAY Rebeckkah HOLLOWAY and Jesse HOLLOWAY.

Item. I leave my watch to be sold and the money arising I give to my Brother John HOLLOWAY.

Item. I give my gun to Jesse HOLLOWAY together with all my waring apperril except my watch which is heretofore disposed of.

Item. I leave all the interest that I hold in the old plantation that is to say the plantation where my Father formerly lived to be equally divided between Polly HOLLOWAY and Rebeckkah HOLLOWAY.

Item. I leave all the residue of my estate both real and personal I leave to be sold and after paying my just debts to be delivered to my Mother Rebekkah HOLLOWAY.

Item. I leave John T. HAMPTON and Enoch BALL the sole executors to this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form as witness my hand and seal the day heretofore above written.
