In the name of God Amen.

I Zarabable HARRISON Esqr. Of Currituck County and State of N. Carolina, being weak and low in body, but of sound mind and memory, calling to mind the uncertainity of life and the certainty of death, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament, in manner and form following. First of all I recommend my soul into the hands of Almighty God and my body to the ground to be buried in a decent manner at the discretion of my executor, and as touching what worldy goods it has pleased God to bless me with, I dispose of as follows Viz.

Item: I lend unto my beloved Wife, during her natural life all my houses and that part of my plantation which is called the orchard field and westward field a the fences now stand, with a privilege of rail timber and firewood of my land for her own use. I also lend my Wife during her natural life my negro man Cuff my negro girl Hanner two feather beds and furniture her first choice, also her choice of my horse kind, ten head of my hogs first choice, two cows and calves, eight head of sheep each her first choice, all my beaufat furniture, and half my house hold and kitchen furniture, my riding chair and harness, and my cart, my loom and harness, and my spinning wheels, all these utensils she is to have the use of her life time.

Item: I give and bequeath to my son Joshua HARRISON all that part of my land and plantation which lays on the south side of the lane which runs through my plantation to him and his heirs forever. I give and bequeath to my son Alfred HARRISON that part of my land and plantation whereon my houses and orchards stands, on the N. West side of the lane as far as a pine tree stand at the S. West corner of the land of Jehu HALL Esq. And from thence a straight course to a marked gum tree, standing at the head of a quench pond, to him and his heirs forever.

Item: I give and bequeath to my Son William S. HARRISON all the remainder of my tract of lands which lays to the north west of the divisian line mentioned above, between him and my Son Alfred, to him and his heirs forever.

Item: I give and bequeath to my three Sons Joshua, Alfred and William S. HARRISON all my lands on the North Banks as an equal right and privilege. I give and bequeath to my daughter Polley HARRISON my negro girl Vilet, with all her increase and one feather bed and furniture. I give and bequeath to my two Daughters Holland and Lurinda HARRISON at the death of my Wife, my negro girl Hanner and all her increase to be equally divided among them and if either of them dies without lawful heir, I give her part to the other. I give and bequeath to my three Sons Joshua, Alfred and William S. HARRISON my negro man Isaac, and if either dies without lawful heir, I give negro Isaac the Son or Sons that is living. I leave my vessel and all my stock on the North Banks, my stock on Dews Quarter Island, and all my stock on Powells Point and all the remainder of my personal estate that I have not already given away to be sold on twelve months credit, excepting two feather beds and furniutre which I give one of said beds to my Son Joshua and the other to William S. HARRISON. I leave the money arising from the sale of my personal estate to be applied first to paying my just debts, all the remainder of the money after my debts are paid I give to be equally divided among my three youngest children Lurinda, William S. and Alfred HARRISON all the personal property that I have lent my Wife I leve to be sold at her death and the money to be equally divided among all my children. I give and bequeath to my Daughter Polly all my right and claim to the estate of Nancy SANDEN, which I bought of Thomas SANDERSON if either of my three Sons should die without lawful heir I give their land to the Son or Sons that are living.

Last of all I nominate constitute and fully appoint my friend Thomas POYNER Esq. And my beloved Wife, my whole and sole executors to this my Last Will and Testament as witness my hand and seal this 20th May 1810.
