   I Edmond HARRISON of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina being of sound mind and disposing memory and knowing the uncertainty of life do make this my last will and testament in maner and form as follows that is to say, the first, the place ware Zion OWENS know lives my wife is to have and holde during her life after her death Mianey WILLIAMS is to have it during her life After her death I leave it to my nearest kind this my last will and testament in witness ware of I have set my hand and seal this July 29, 1905.

Edmond HARRISON }
    A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Edmond HARRISON dec’d is exhibited in open court for probate by Dinah HARRISON one of the kin isus no executor being named therein and the due execution thereof by the said Edmond HARRISON dec’d is duly proven by the oath and examination of J.W. POYNER and Peter POYNER subscribing witnesses thereto and it is further shown to the satisfaction of the court by said witnesses that the said Edmond HARRISON was at the time of making said will of sound mind and memory of full age to execute a will and under no restraint to their knowledge information or belief.  It is thereupon considered adjudged and decreed that said proof is sufficient and according to law and that said paper writing is and contains the last will and testament of Edmond HARRISON dec’d.  It is ordered that said will be admitted to probate and recorded in Book of Wills of Currituck County and as such filed as provided by law in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of said County.
