The Last Will and Testament of David HARRISON deceased & exhibited in open Court of May term 1839 and duly proved by the oath of William LAWRENCE jurat and ordered Recorded.

   I David HARRISON being sick yet in Sound mind and Perfect memory first praying to the Lord to pard in [pardon] all my sins before he removes me to Eternity and at his appointed time to receive my soal to imortal happiness to give glory to his worthy for ever more. I David HARRISON do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following.

   Item  I Give my Land equally between Johnson WHITEHEADs two Sones Lykercus WHITEHEAD and Martin Vanburen WHITEHEAD.
