In the name of God Amen, I Willis GWIN being in a low state of health but of a sound disposing mind and memory Thanks be to God for the same, as it is appointed for all men once to die, I make and ordain this to be my Last Will and Testament, revoaking all others by me made.

First I recommend my soul to Almighty God who gave it me, and my body to be burried at the discretion of my executors hereafter mentioned.

Item I lend to my beloved Wife Jemima GWIN the land and plantation whereon I now live with all the remainder of my property within and without doors, during her widowhood or natural life.

My wish and desire that my two Daughters and my Son Daniel GWIN live with my beloved Wife and that she sell or dispose of such of my parishable property as she shall think proper to raise and school my above mentioned children and when she shall think proper to asist my other two Sons Willis and Thomas GWINS with money to school them. I shall be glad but nothing more, my will is after the marriage or death of my Wife, that my land be sold by my executor and the money arising from that sale to be equally divided between my three Sons namely Willis, Thomas and Daniel GWINS to them and their heirs forever.

All the remainder of my estate I give to my two Daughters namely Susanna and Mary GWINS to them and their heirs after the marriage or death of my Wife Jemima GWINS

I constitute and appoint my beloved Wife and my Brother John GWINS my whole and sole executors of this my Last Will by me made given under my hand this second day of May one thousand eight hundred and two.
