Currituck Co. Will Book 3, p. 101

In the name of God. Amen. I Tully GREGORY of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina, being sick of body, but of sound mind and memory, do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament, in manner and form following.

Item: I give to William HOWARD my sorrel mare that I bought of Thomas DOZIER, my bridle and saddle, one pocket book and seven dollars in notes that he has paid for me, and one dollar in cash, to him and his heirs forever.

Item: I give to Sandford GREGORY one sorrel colt, two years old next spring, to him and his heirs forever.

Lastly I constitute and appoint Willis WILKINS whole and sole executor to this my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 12th day of December 1817.
