This is my Last Will and Testament, made in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and twelve, being of sound memory.

Item: I give and bequeath negro girl Lettice to my Daughter Nancy GREGORY, to her and her heirs forever also one mare and saddle and one loom and linen wheel.

Item: I likewise give to my Son William GREGORY one cow and four head of sheep, and one linen wheel, and one chest, and all the corn.

Item: I likewise give and bequeath to my Son Samuel GREGORY, one horse colt and two hogs, one small, one large.

Item: I likewise give and bequeath to my Grand Daughter Amelia one ewe and lamb and one heifer.

Item: I give all the remainder of my estate to William and Nancy to be equally divided between them ; also I leave William GREGORY my executor.
