In the name of God Amen, I Stephen GRAY, being sick and weak of body but sound and disposing mind and memory and calling unto mind the uncertainty of human life and that it is appointed for all men once to die, do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament, in manner and form following

Imprimis I give and bequeath all my estate that I have not disposed of already before witness after my debts is paid to be equally divided between my Wife Nancy GRAY and my Sister Nancy GRAY to them and their heirs forever.

Lastly I will and desire that Hosea BALL to be and are hereby appointed and ordained executor to this my Last Will and Testament given under my hand and seal this 20th day of November Anno Dom 1804.
