In the name of God Amen, I William GIBBENS of Powels Point being very sick and weak in body, but of perfect mind and memory, Thanks be given unto God, calling unto mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die, do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament that is to say, principally and first of all I recommend my soul into the hand of Almighty God that gave it and my body to the earth to buried in a decent christian burial at the discretion of my executors nothing doubting but at the general resurrection I shall receive the same again by the power of Almighty God and as touching such worldly estate wherwith it has pleased God to bless me with in this life, I give and dispose of the same in the following manner and form

I give and bequeath to my Son Urias GIBBENS my plantation whereon I now live begining at Peter PADRICKs line and runing about half way between my fens and Jean TOMMASes fence with a strate cors to my other line to him and his aryes and assigns forever, and I give and bequeath to my Son John GIBBENS the plantation whear my Sister Jean TOMMAS lives (worn off) the line of his Brother line binding on Benjamin EVENS line to him and his ayars and assines forever.

And I give to my well beloved Wife Elisabeth GIBBENS all my land and movables estate during her natural life or her widowhood and then to be equally divided between my two Sons Urias and John and land to be rented out till they com of age, and I make and ordain and confirm Spence HALL JUN. and my Brother John GIBBENS hole and sole executors of this my Last Will Testament and I do hearby utterly disannul all and every other former Testaments Wills by me signd seld this twenty six day of July the year one thousand seven hundred and eighty two sind seld and delivered in presents of us test.
