In the Name of the lord Amen, I being Sick and Weak in body but of Perfect Memory and Calling to Mind the Mortality of the body knowing It is Once Ordained For all men to die I do hereby Contract and ordain this my last Will and testament In manner and Form as Followeth that is to Say first of all I Commend my Soul into the hands of the Almighty God who first Gave it me Secondly I desire that all My Just debts Should be Payed by my Executor, hereafter Named and My body decently Intered in the Ground, thirdly I desire and so hereby Give and bequeath to my Daughter Sidney PERKINS five Shillings Out of my Estate fourthly I Give and Bequeath to my beloved Son Jabe (Jobe?) GALLOP five Shillings of my Estate 5thly I Give And bequeath to my beloved Son Jacob GALLOP five Shillings of my Estate 6thly I Give and bequeath to my beloved Son Stephen GALLOP five Shillings of my Estate 7thly I Give and bequeath to my beloved Child that my wife is Now with Child With five Shillings. 8thly I Give and bequeath to my beloved wife Nancy GALLOP My land and all my property within doors and without after my lawful debts Is Payed and my Childrens legacy taken Out and I do hereby Constitute and Ordain My Wife Nancy GALLOP My whole Executor of this my last will and Testament in Witness I hereunto Set my hand this 17th day of March 1802.
