In the name of God Amen, I George FISHER, being weak of body but of a sound mind and memory, Thanks be to God for it, but knowing it is appointed for all men once to die, I do pronounce and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following Viz.

Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary WHITEHURST all my personal property within doors and without to she and her heirs forever.

Also I constitute and appoint William WHITEHURST my whole and sole executor for this my Last Will to settle my estate agreeable to this my last will and as the law shall direct in witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this eight day of October 1802.
