In the name of God Amen, I Christopher FARROW of Cape Hattress Banks in the County of Currituck of the State of North Carolina being of perfect health of body and of perfect mind and memory thanks be to Almighty God calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed once for men to die do make institute (sic) and ordain this my Last Will and Testament that is to say

Principally and first of all I give and bequeath unto my well beloved Wife Nancy FARROW my house and all my lands with all my moveable property in doors and out doors during her natural life or widowhood for the good and support of the orphans she not making way with any thing unnecessary or in an extravagant manner any further than a highly useful(?)

Also I give unto my Son David W. FARROW after the decease or widowhood of my Wife Nancy FARROW my home and land with all the improvements thereon

Also the whole of my moveable property after the decease or widowhood of my loveing Wife Nancy FARROW to be equally divided amongst the whole of my children namely Barshaba FARROW, Mahala FARROW, David W. FARROW, Delora FARROW and Lydia FARROW, Nancy FARROW.

Also I make institute and ordain Pharoah FARROW and my Wife Nancy FARROW sole executors of this my Last Will and Testament and I do hereby utterly disallow revoake and disannull all and every other former testaments wills legacies bequeathes and executors by me in any will before named willed and bequeathed ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my Last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this seventh day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and six
