The Last Will and Testament of Tully B. FANSHAW deceased & was exhibited in open court at May term 1849 and the execution of the same proved by the oath of Benjamin C. WALKER subscribing witness thereto in due form and Israel FANSHAW the executor there in named quallifyed agreeable to law ordered recorded.

   I Tully B. FANSHAW of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina being of sound mind and memory do make and ordain this to be my last will and Testament in manner and form as follows viz:

   I give and bequeath to Clement DOZIER Five hundred dollars, to Jesse B. LEE one hundred dollars, to John FANSHAW all the notes I hold against him and the rest of my estate to my Brothers Joseph FANSHAW and Israel FANSHAW to whom I constitute my Executor to this my last will and Testament the case of burying of me in the following manner that is to have me placed above the ground and bricked in a plain manner. In witness whereof I here unto set my hand and seal this the 26th of February 1849.

If the said Israel FANSHAW does not bury me in the manner I have requested the gift to him is to be nuled and void.
