In the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eight-Five.

I Samson ETHERIDGE of State and County aforsaid being well stricken in years desire to compose my mind and resign my soul to the hand of God that gave it and settle all my " Temparel a fovias ??" whilst in perfect sencess. I dispose of my Estate in??? and following manner, that all my lawfull debts should first be paid.

Item: I give to my son Samson ETHERIDGE a certain tract or piece of land lying on Albermar Sound where one Span formerly gived to him and his heirs forever.

Item: I give unto my son Samuel ETHERIDGE one hundred acres of land in a nothor datricim ajoining the other on the west side to the sound to him and his heirs forever.

Item: I give unto my Grand Daughter Anne SIMSON fifty acres lying on the same sound joining on the sound left to my son Samuel on one side and Caleb DOWDE on the other, running up the swamp to her and her heirs forever, but if she should die without any child of her body for the said land to return to my son Samuel ETHERIDGE and his heirs forever.

Item: I give to the heirs of my son John ETHERIDGE five shillings.

Item: I give to Brother Adam ETHERIDGE the sum of Five pounds silver money.

Item: I give to my son Samson ETHERIDGE and my son Samuel ETHERIDGE twenty pounds Silver and Gold to be equelly divided between them.

All the rest of of my Estate both within and without to be equelly devided between them Samson and Samuel.

Likewise I appoint and ordain my son Samson ETHERIDGE and my son Samuel ETHERIDGE my only Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament and deny all wills made before as Witness my hand and Seal.
