In the name of God Amen, I Henery ETHERIDGE of the County and State of North Carolina being sick and weakly but of sound senses mind and memory Thanks be to god for it do make ordain this to be my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following.

Imprimise I give and bequeath unto my dear Son Nealy ETHREDGE -----------------(faded out) of the plantation next to the grate swamp.

Item: I give and bequeath unto my dear Son Moses ETHERIDGE the other part of the plantation next to the light swamp, (excepting my wife lifetime in them bothe) and if either or both of my Sons dies without and lawful heire then their parts of the plantation to desend to my dear Son Cara ETHERIDGE.

Item: I give and bequeath unto my dear beloved Wife Elisabeth ETHERIDGE all the rest of my houshold furniture and all my stocks of hogs, horses and catle to do with as she pleas;

Lastly I nominate and appoint my belove Wife and Lues COX executors of this my Last Will and Testament in testimony whereof I have hearunto set my hand and seal this twenteth of April 1791
