The Last Will & testament of Malachi DUDLEY was Exhibited at May Term 1833 proven by the oath of Major WHITUST [Whitehurst] a subscribing witness in due form of Law and ordered to be recorded.

In the name of God Amen I Malachi DUDLEY being in perfect mind and memory do make this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following

I lend the profit arising from the rents of my house and land for the term of Ten years to be equally divided among my four children at the expiration of the ten years I give my land to my Sons John DUDLEY and Joseph DUDLEY to be equally divided between them.

I give to my two Daughters Sarah DUDLEY and Axey DUDLEY one chest.  I give also to my two Daughters one Gold ring, the remainder of my estate I leave to be sold at the discretion of my Executor and after paying all of my just debts the over payment? if any to go to the support of my children agreeable to their several needs. Jun 7, 1826.

NB I nominate and appoint W. SMITH my lawful Executor to this my Last Will and Testament
