In the name of God, Amen. I Willoughby DOZIER being of sound mind and memory, but very sick in body, calling unto mind, knowing it is appointed for all men one to die.

Item: I give and bequeath unto William HUMPHRIES, John HUMPHRIES, and Chloe HUMPHRIES a tract of land called HARRIS place, ninety six acres more or less.

Item: I give unto William HUMPHRIES a negro boy named Sampson.

Item: I give unto John HUMPHRIES a negro boy by the name of Isaac.

Item: I give unto Chloe HUMPHRIES a negro man called Ceasar.

Item: I give all the residue of my estate land and personal property to equally divided amongst my Brothers and Sisters, except Brother Enoch DOZIER, after paying my just debts. I constitute Joseph DOZIER and Dennis DOZIER my whole and sole executors to this my Last Will and Testament. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 26th day August Anno Domini 1818.
