The Last will & testament of Cyntha DOZIER was was [sic] Exhibited in open Court at August Term 1832 and proven by the oath of John BRABBLE a witness thereto the Executor therein named Qualifyed and ordered to be Recorded.  S. HALL CCC

In the name of God Amen I Thynsy (sic) DOZIER of  County of Ceruntuck State of North Carolina being verry sick and weak but in sound mind and memory do make this my Last Will & Testament at the same time utterly revoke all former wills made by me declaring this to be my last will & testament.

First. I give and bequeath one half of my whole farm now growing on the plantation to Wilson CAPPS my Son and one sow & two shotes and also I lend Wilson CAPPS James & Maram to lend the crop with untell crop is housed also I give to my Daughter Sarah CAPPS as much of the other half of the crop as will last her one year and the Ballance of crop to Wilson CAPPS also I give to Sarah CAPPS one cow & two sheep & two shoats also I give and bequeath to my Son Dennis CAPPS my land lying at or near Conjock Bridge to him and his heirs forever at the same time I do appoint my Son Wilson CAPTS my Executor of this my Last will & testament to which I have here set my hand and seal this the 16th day of May 1832.
