State of North Carolina}
    Currituck County     }

In the name of God - Amen.  I Tullie A.P. DeCORMIS wife of Jos. L. DeCORMIS of said State & County being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make publish and declare this as my last will and testament in manner and form as follows -

Item 1st  I give and bequeath to my husband Joseph L. DeCORMIS all my estate and property of every kind, real personal and mixed, to him his heirs executors, administrators and assigns forever.

Item 2nd  I nominate constitute and appoint my husband Jos. L. DeCORMIS executor of this my last will & testament.

Witness my hand and seal this the 17th day of December January A.D. 18767.

Signed sealed published and declared by Tullie A.P. DeCORMIS as & for her last will & testament in our presence and by us attested in her presence and at her request.

Currituck County}     In Probate Court
     A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Tully A.P. DeCORMIS is exhibited for probate and the execution thereof proved by the oath and examination of W.H. COWELL & A.P. FROST, subscribing witnesses thereto, who being duly sworn depose & say each for himself that he is a witness to the said paper writing which is now shown him and which bears date Jany. 17, 1877; that he signed the same in the presence of said testatrix; that the said testatrix was at that time of sound & disposing mind & memory of full age and was not under any restraint to the knowledge, information or belief of these deponents.  March 20, 1877.
