Currituck County Wills
In the name of God Amen, the Eighteenth day of June one thousand seven hundred and seventy four.
I Euphan DAVIS of the County of Currituck and Province of North Carolina; being of perfect sound and disposing memory, do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following.
I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Francis DAVIS all my estate after my just debts are paid within doors and without doors of what nature or kind so ever to her and her heirs forever and I nominate and appoint Neil SNODGRASS and Richard TEMPLEMAN my whole and sole executors to this my Last Will and Testament In witness wherof I have hereunto set my hand and affisced my seal this the day and year first above written-----
