The Last Will and Testament of Archabell Daniel was Exhibited and was Exhibited (sic) in open court at May Term 1843 and the Execution of the same proved by the oath of Bailey Daniel one of the subscribing evidences There to in due form ordered Recorded ~

August the 17th day 1826

I Archabell Daniel will and bequeath all my lands and possessions stocks, Blacks, house and all the house hold and to conclude the whole of my property at large with in doors and out I leave to my wife Sally Daniel during her lifetime or widowhood then will and bequeath my property to equal to be divided between my two children Choly [Chloe] Daniel and William J. Daniel.  I Archabell Daniel in my right senses and memory of mind this is my last will and testament amen.
