In the name of god amen I Joseph CHURCH as now att this time very alen [ailing] I don’t know how sone it may please god to take me away soe this is my last will and testament and first I give my sole to god that gave it me in hope that for ______ Jesus sake my Redeemer itt may be Received unto his mercy and my body to the Earth from whench it came to be decently buried and all my worly goods I give as followeth.

Item. I give unto my daughter Ledy WHITE one yew and lam in full of all her portion she having a larg part all reddy and formerly given her.

Item. I give unto my daughter Ann CHURCH one good bed and firniture and one young mare and I give unto my dater Ann CHURCH my negroe woman Judy and _______ and Peter with all ther in Crees but my wife to have ye worke and youse of them dureing her Naturell life but not to be transported Els convenient for my daughter to get them & tow Chests with loks a grat pot and a small pot and half a duzen selver spons a warming pan and a small luking glas and if my daughter should die with out Ears lawfully begotten of her body then one Negroe to return to my gran daughter Julian WHITE and all the rest to return to my son Richard CHURCH.

Item. I give unto my wife one bed and firniture.

Item. I give unto my son Richard CHURCH & his heirs all my lands here and Eles where But not debareing my wife of her thirds During her life and I give my grat lucking glass to my son Richd. CHURCH and I give unto my son Richd. CHURCH my negroe Tony and my negro woman Haner only my wife to have ye worke and youse of them dureing her life and I give unto my son Richard CHURCH a selver solt seller and a pare of trammeles and a bras coffer and grat pot and a pare of stellards[?] and a chest with a dancet lock and a large chest with a dancet lock and I give unto my son Richd. CHURCH my negro man Governor and my negro woman Pegg and my mollatter boy Frances and I give unto my son Richard CHURCH all that he formerly had in possion before he came to live with me and all the rest of my estate to be Equally Divided between my wife and my son Richard CHURCH after my just debts being paid and I doe make my wife Julian CHURCH my Executrix and my son Richard CHURCH my Executor to see this my last will performed _______ witness my hand and seale this 28th Day of feberry 1722/3
