In the name of God Amen. I Mary CHAPPEL being in perfect mind and memory do make this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following Viz.

I give to my Son Erasmus CHAPPEL all the corn that is now growing on my land and all the dung hill stock all the balance of my property I leave to be equally divided among my three children Charlotte WILKSON, Noah CHAPPEL and Erasmus CHAPPEL after paying all of my just debts.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and caused my seal to be affixed this 3d day of August 1825 in the presents of Wm. SMITH  Ezekiel BEASLEY.

This Will of Mary CHAPPEL was proved in open Court by the oath of Wm. SMITH and ordered to be recorded when Gabriel WILKINSON came into open court and qualified and entered into bond as administrator thereto and ordered that letters of admin. Issue.

The above Will recorded and examined this 14th of Feby 1826
