I George CHAPPEL of Princess Anne, Virginia, do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form as follows.

Item. After all my lawful debts and funeral charges is fully paid, and as much money as will buy my Daughter Lydia CHAPPEL a new linen wheel, which I desire her to have then the remainder of my estate, I leave to my Wife Mary CHAPPEL, during her widowhood or life, to raise her children and my own upon including land and all other of property within doors and without, and after her widowhood or life. I give my land to my three children, Dorcas CHAPPEL and my Son George CHAPPEL and Noah CHAPPEL, to be sold by my executor, and the money equally divided amongst them, but if my Wife Mary CHAPPEL will not raise my children and turns them away from her, then all my personal estate to be sold and the money put to raise them all as far as it will go. I appoint my Wife Mary CHAPPEL hole and sole executrix of this my Last Will and testament.
