N. Carolina Currituck County In the name of God Amen, I William CHANDLER of the County and State of North Carolina, being in a very poor state of health yet of a sound mind and well disposing memory, Thanks be to God for it, do constitute nominate and appoint this my Last Will and Testament.

Item I give and bequeath unto Joyace SHANNAN one cow by the name of Bundy and her yearling to her and her heirs forever.

Item I give and bequeath to Joyace SHANNAN one horse by the name of Starling and large pewter dish, one large pewter bason, seven pewter plates three stone plates, four mugs, one pitcher and one case of knives and forks, two pair of stitqards and two ploughes to her and her heirs forever.

Item I give and bequeath to Joyace SHANNON thirty three head of hogs all my hose of every sort and all my axes and chist of tools, six chairs and one chest, one feather bed and furniture, one rug and two blankets to her and her heirs forever.

Item I give and bequeath to Joyace SHANNON all the remainder part of my estate wherever to be found boath within doors and without doors to her and her heirs forever.

I constitute and appoint and do nominate Joyace SHANNON whole and sole executrix to this my Last Will and Testament
