The Last Will and Testament of Alie CARON having been then and there (faded out) in open court proved in due form and the executors (faded ) qualified was ordered to be registered and here follows (faded)

In the name of God Amen, I Alie CARRON of the County of Currituck Provence of N. Carolina do now revoke and void all Wills formerly by me and I do make ordain and appoint this my Last Will and Testament in (torn off) following to it

Impromis I give and bequeath to my daughter (torn) LORRY one bed and furniture, three(?) cows and calfs, three Ewes and lambs (torn) of my best waring close my rideing horse and one large silver spoon.

Item: I give and bequeath to my Daughter Meriam WILSON one chest (torn) three cows and calfs three ewes and lambs one large iron pot or little(?) iron pot, half a doz. teacops and sasers one small chenel silver spoon one chest one large ovel table and my ??? ring.

Item: I give and bequeath to my daughter Ann SNOWDEN one bead and furniture three cows and calfs three ewes and lambs one brass kettle one iron pot one (torn) table one large silver spoon and a large chest and my servant boye called (torn)

Item: I give and bequeath to my daughter Lydia WILSON one bead and furniture three cows and calfs three ewes and lambs half a doz. silver teaspoons one (torn) silver spoon and a small ovel table.

Item: I give and bequeath (torn) Daughter Elizabeth CHURCH one bead and furniture six cows and calfs (torn) lambs one desk one large silver spoon one large chinia (torn) small trunk one seader chest one small looking glase and half of the best chears and my desire is my negroe man Jeffery (torn) at publick sale to the hiest bider to fra charges

My Will and Desire is that all the remaining part of my estate be equily devided between my five Daughters namely Mary LORRY, (torn but know it is-) Merran WILSON, Ann SNOWDEN, Lydia WILSON and Elizabeth CHURCH and further more I do ordein and appoing Caleb CHURCH, William SNOWDEN JR. my executors to this my Last Will and Testament witness my hand and seal this twenty forth day of January 17 (torn)
