In the name of God, Amen.

I Polly CAPPS being at this time extremely ill, but perfect in mind and memory do ordain and constitute this my Last Will and Testament.

Item. I give and bequeath unto my Cousin Hillary HUET called Hillary MILLER twelve dollars.

Secondly. I give unto my Brother Dennis CAPPS five dollars.

Thirdly. I give all the residue of my estate unto my Sister Frances CAPPS after discharging all my just debts.

4thly. I appoint ordain and constitute Caleb WHITE executor to this my Last Will and Testament. Given under my hand and seal August 12th 1830.

    This Last Will and Testament of Polly CAPPS was exhibited and proved in open Court by the oath of Solomon BRIGHT subscribing witness thereto and ordered recorded. When the executor thereto came into open Court and qualified in due form of law.
